Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)

I am currently working with a growing construction business delivering a range of refurbishment and internal works packages across London.
The company operates across both main contractor and subcontractor environments, delivering projects that involve a variety of internal construction packages including fit-out, refurbishment and associated trades. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable being involved in both estimating and commercial management across the full lifecycle of projects.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys being involved from the early stages of a project through to completion rather than working purely in estimating or purely commercial management.
The role will involve supporting projects from initial pricing through to final account, working closely with operational teams and project stakeholders throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities will include preparing cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment and internal works packages, managing project costs from pre-construction through to completion, procurement and management of subcontract packages, handling variations and valuations, commercial reporting and working closely with site teams and clients to support successful project delivery.
Applicants should have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator within construction and ideally have exposure to refurbishment, fit-out or internal works packages. The role would suit someone comfortable working across both pre-construction and live project commercial management within a growing and hands-on environment.
The position is office based five days per week in Ealing Broadway.
