Job Description

• Developing and implementing MP&L vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance.
• Managing MP&L budgets, optimising costs, and preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
• Developing strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring MP&L objectives and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluating challenges, mitigating risks, and seizing opportunities to enhance operational and financial performance.
• Overseeing inventory integrity, IT system effectiveness, and interpreting data to inform strategies.
• Fostering environmental strategies, technological advancements, and audits to ensure eco-friendly operations

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Holder of a relevant degree or qualification
• Previous experience of leading MP&L within a Automotive manufacturing environment
• Experience of operating at a strategic level
• Experience in a production planning and ERP based system
