We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a well‑established, reputable property team.

The role involves managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supporting junior colleagues, and ensuring an exceptional standard of client service.

You will be;

• A Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years experience
• Accustomed to handling your own caseload of a range of residential property cases
• Any experience in leading a team would be an advantage however not essential

Your duties will include;

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion, working with both private clients and limited companies.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands‑on experience across all aspects of the conveyancing process.
• Handle a wide range of transaction types, including:
• Freehold and Leasehold
• New Build
• Shared Ownership
• Help to Buy
• Non‑statutory Lease Extensions
• Work in line with all relevant professional rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain awareness of growth opportunities.
• Identify training needs within the team and help to implement effective solutions.
