Job Role
Drive growth in the Bank’s retail business by sourcing and marketing Retail Products, primarily Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgages, while delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience and generating new business through networking and brand promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and networks, promoting products and lending criteria.
- Generate new business and achieve individual and Bank sales targets in collaboration with the Head of Intermediary Relations.
- Act as key account manager for selected brokers/networks and support them in submitting quality cases.
- Proactively manage and follow up on the sales pipeline to convert leads into business.
- Represent the Bank at meetings and networking events to enhance brand awareness and identify opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor, report, and communicate business activity effectively.
- Support onboarding of new brokers and undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.
