Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations? We’re looking for a confident and pragmatic HR Advisor to join a busy operational team.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a heavy ER focus — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, builds strong relationships with operational leaders, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading on all ER matters — disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and performance
• Coaching and guiding managers to build their confidence in handling people issues
• Providing practical, responsive HR advice across a shift-based, high-volume environment
• Supporting recruitment during peak periods
• Ensuring compliance, consistency and fairness in all people decisions
What we’re looking for:
• Proven HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced or operational setting
• Strong ER knowledge and the confidence to advise at pace
• Experience supporting frontline or shift-based teams
• Good working knowledge of current employment law
