Technical Production Engineer (Tricaster Certified)
£60–65k | Full Time | Luton + EMEA Travel | Onsite Only
We’re looking for a Technical Production Engineer who lives and breathes Tricaster to join our growing technical events team supporting a major global client in the medical science industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running Tricaster-driven live broadcasts from our client’s state-of-the-art studio in Luton (2–3 days per week onsite).
- Delivering hybrid and in-studio productions for senior global stakeholders.
- Upskilling and supporting events teams across Cambridge (weekly), Barcelona, and Dublin.
- Advising on studio setups, event planning, workflow improvements, and production quality.
- Experimenting with new event technologies and helping innovate new features.
- Working closely with a collaborative, technically strong events engineering team.
What You’ll Bring
- Current Tricaster Professional or Expert certification (essential)
- Strong technical ability across broadcast workflows, NDI, vision mixing, live streaming, and audio engineering
- Experience with VC platforms (Teams, Zoom, Cisco) and hybrid event environments
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility — this role includes extended shifts and frequent European travel
- Valid driving licence
