LHH is recruiting an experienced Internal Recruiter for a client to manage a portfolio of vacancies across all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approval to offer, onboarding, and start date
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Source and engage active and passive candidates and create talent pools
• Provide advice on recruitment best practices and market insights
• Optimise advertising channels and social media
• Maintain ATS records and provide regular reporting
• Support internal mobility and succession planning
• Collaborate on recruitment strategy and key projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment regulations
• Highly organised with strong planning skills

Other details:

• Hybrid working with 1 to 2 days per week in the office near Lewes / East Sussex area
