Are you looking to take the next step in your Corporate Tax career? Our client — a top‑tier UK law firm – is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate Tax team. You’ll work alongside experienced tax specialists on complex, high‑profile matters spanning corporate, commercial, and property transactions.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a wide variety of work, including:

  • Advising on tax structuring for corporate acquisitions, disposals, and reconstructions
  • Drafting and negotiating transactional tax documentation
  • Advising on SDLT / LBTT / VAT and broader property tax matters
  • Supporting the design and implementation of employee share incentives
  • Providing guidance on Scottish income tax and employment tax issues
  • Contributing to client updates, seminars, and internal training
