Overview of the Role

The role is a customer facing position accountable for the complete ownership of VMhosts customer accounts. Acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring strong relationships, successful outcomes, and long-term customer retention. Customer engagements will typically be online and by telephone with some onsite meetings at customer premises across the UK.

The Opportunity

The suitable candidate will be a confident and well-presented professional who must have MSP industry experience either in a technical, service delivery, sales or account management role. You will be expected to understand your client’s IT needs and nurture the relationship in order to generate additional revenue. 

Responsibilities

·        Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

·        Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines

·        Proactively track and manage all customer contract renewals

·        Use internal systems to log opportunities and generate quotes

·        Hold on-site and remote meetings to capture and clarify client requirements

·        Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities across the Sales Team as required

·        Support overall team performance and business objectives

 

Personal Skills and Attributes

·        2 years plus experience working within a Managed Service Provider

·        Comfortable planning and presenting to all client levels

·        Experienced in standard MSP technologies

·        Demonstrate competence in oral and written communications
