Spirehouse is working with a leading Malvern law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancer for their well-established and friendly team.
The Role
You will be responsible for running your own files from start to finish, with secretarial support in this traditional and successful law firm.
This residential conveyancing team is a thriving business with loyal clients. Due to their success they are looking for a conveyancer to join the residential team.

Requirements
- Minimum requirement is 2 years’ experience running your own files independently.
- Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Chartered Legal Executives are all encouraged to apply
- Commercial conveyancing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Experience of IT and case management systems
- Working within a target driven environment
