Contract Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join our client on a permanent basis, due to expansion.

The role would include managing contracts for up to 10 sites at a time, across the UK. This would include travel and stopping away from home when needed. All expenses paid.

Key Responsibilities –

• Draft, review and negotiate contract terms
• Identify risks (costs, delays, liabilities)
• Managing and communicating between client, site teams, sub contractors and senior management
• Ensure work is carried out according to agreed contract terms.
• Constantly ensuring compliance with regulations on site

Key skills needed –

• Strong negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Lead/contract knowledge
• Communication and leadership experience
• problem solving under pressure

Previously working in a spraying or cladding environment, would be a big advantage
