What you need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Right to work in the UK
• DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Certification in Forest School Leadership or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with children in outdoor education or nature-based learning environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices in outdoor settings.
• 2-5 years of experience in forest school leadership
• Experience and training working with children with SEMH/SEND needs.
• Forest School Leader Level 3 Qualification.
• Experience demonstrating compassion, creativity, vigilance, patience, and resilience.
