Warehouse Operator
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £15.63 per hour PAYE
Location: Moreton (Onsite)
Responsible for UK Depot and Materials Management deliverables, in alignment with CSO production schedules and CSC shipping timelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage goods receipt, sampling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of clinical trial materials within warehouse and dispensary environments
• Ensures the activities and operations within the CSO warehouse area are conducted in accordance with GxP and EHS regulations and all standard operating procedures
• Execution of materials management, warehouse management and distribution transactions within SAP
• Ensures compliance with transport security procedures, COSHH regulations, hazardous goods legislation, and actively support internal audits and regulatory inspections
• You will liaise with Quality teams to maintain appropriate approvals and chain of custody, while safely operating counterbalance and reach forklift trucks
Qualifications, skills and experience:
• Demonstrable experience of Materials Management / Logistics, preferably in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
• Current working knowledge of GxP guidelines is preferred
• RTITB Qualification for Reach and Counterbalance Forklift truck
• Experience in transportation of hazardous goods
• Excellent IT skill base, with an operational knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office applications
• Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and networks
