Business Analyst (12 Month FTC)

Project Management Office

Location: Chipping Campden

Are you an analytical problem-solver who thrives on turning complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements?

Looking for a role where you can drive real change, improve processes, and make a tangible difference to how an organisation operates?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) on a 12-month fixed term contract at our Chipping Campden site.

The role:

You’ll support the PMO in delivering organisational change by analysing business needs, gathering data, and defining clear requirements — working closely with project managers, sponsors, and subject matter experts to ensure projects deliver measurable benefits.

What you’ll do

• Gather, document and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Facilitate workshops, interviews and process mapping sessions with stakeholders

• Analyse end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Produce process maps, business cases and high-quality project documentation

• Support user acceptance testing and validate solutions against business needs

• Promote consistent standards for analysis and documentation across the PMO

About you

• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition and process improvement

• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Experience working in project environments using Agile and/or waterfall approaches

• Excellent documentation skills, including process modelling and requirements specification

• Clear communicator who can translate complex ideas for a range of audiences

• BCS accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential

What we offer

• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

• Early finish Fridays

• Pension matched up to 10%

• Buy and sell holiday scheme

• Employee reward platform

• Subsidised on-site restaurant

• Supportive, collaborative working environment

Minimum 3 days per week on site at Chipping Campden. Right to work in the UK required.
