Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the expert resource for talent acquisition and advisory in a complex and high-volume client environment.
• Apply deep knowledge of the managed service program (MSP) model to drive continuous improvement and successful talent outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with internal and client stakeholders to understand and fulfill essential talent needs.
• Ensure all talent activities are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies, with a specific focus on the Irish market.

Essential Requirements

We are specifically looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:

• Essential Ireland Expertise: A strong and comprehensive grasp of how the Irish MSP landscape operates, including a detailed understanding of its different legislation, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• MSP Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Advisor or similar role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage expectations and advise effectively at all levels.
• Proactive and Resilient: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive initiatives forward independently.
