What you’ll own
- PPC strategy across international markets
- End-to-end campaign management (Google, Microsoft + feeds)
- Budget planning, forecasting and ROI optimisation
- Performance analysis, testing and continuous improvement
- Alignment with wider marketing, product and commercial teams
- Scaling market share through smart, localised search strategies
What you bring
- Strong hands-on PPC experience across large, multi-market budgets
- Deep platform knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, feed-based campaigns)
- Solid SQL skills — comfortable working with data, not just dashboards
- Strong understanding of customer journey + intent
- Proven track record of driving growth, not just efficiency
Nice to have
- Travel sector experience
- Exposure to hotel/meta platforms (Google Hotels, etc.)
- Additional European language (German a plus)
