PPC Manager, Travel, London, c. £60K

This is a high-impact role leading PPC across new markets for a fast-scaling consumer brand.

You’ll own strategy and execution across paid search — driving acquisition, scaling spend, and making performance decisions that directly impact revenue.

No passengers. Full ownership.

What you’ll own

  • PPC strategy across international markets
  • End-to-end campaign management (Google, Microsoft + feeds)
  • Budget planning, forecasting and ROI optimisation
  • Performance analysis, testing and continuous improvement
  • Alignment with wider marketing, product and commercial teams
  • Scaling market share through smart, localised search strategies

What you bring

  • Strong hands-on PPC experience across large, multi-market budgets
  • Deep platform knowledge (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, feed-based campaigns)
  • Solid SQL skills — comfortable working with data, not just dashboards
  • Strong understanding of customer journey + intent
  • Proven track record of driving growth, not just efficiency

Nice to have

  • Travel sector experience
  • Exposure to hotel/meta platforms (Google Hotels, etc.)
  • Additional European language (German a plus)
