Investment Banking Analyst – Energy Transition | London (Visa Sponsorship Available)

Flisher + Partners is mandated by a leading London-based investment banking boutique to hire an Analyst focused on Energy Transition (Renewables, Clean Infrastructure, CleanTech).

This is a high-exposure role within a lean, entrepreneurial team, offering full involvement across the deal lifecycle and the opportunity to take on responsibility early.

Role Summary

• Execution of cross-border M&A transactions across Western Europe
• Full deal lifecycle exposure from origination to completion
• Direct interaction with senior bankers and high profile clients
• Deep focus on energy transition and infrastructure sell-side M&A

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years’ M&A experience (Generalist or sector-focused)
• Strong financial modelling and technical execution skills
• Proven ability to produce high-quality client materials
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish

Compensation

• £75,000 base
• Discretionary bonus
• Full benefits package
• Visa sponsorship available
