The Role:
As a Financial Services Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will:
- Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates in the financial services sector
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across specialist functions, including fund administration, compliance, operations, and technology
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and interviewing to negotiation and placement
- Develop your market knowledge and become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous recruitment experience covering the UK market (financial services experience is a plus)
- Experience recruiting across other regions is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented mindset
