Compliance Manager

Our Client, a Globally Leading Institutional Asset Manager, are looking for a strong Compliance Advisory professional to join their Public Markets Advisory team. The role will be crucial in advising colleagues across equities, fixed income and multi-asset investment strategies, supporting high standards of integrity and good conduct to deliver positive outcomes for clients and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and review internal compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and group best practices.
• Serve as a key contact for the Public Markets business regarding regulatory requirements, monitoring, and reporting.
• Contribute to activities such as strategic firmwide projects, the implementation of new regulatory requirements, and ongoing surveillance and monitoring.

Key Requirements:

• MUST HAVE hands on working knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD.
• 5+ years of Compliance experience within an asset manager.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and challenge first-line teams effectively.

This is a permanent role based in London, offering hybrid working model.
