Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Junior Recruitment Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (higher considered for 360 experience)

Overview

We are working with a well-established legal recruitment agency in London that is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Junior Recruitment Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment, specialising in the legal sector.

We are open to candidates at varying levels, from those with 1+ years’ experience or strong transferable skills, through to more experienced recruiters seeking a 360 role.

The Role

• Sourcing and engaging candidates across the legal market
• Managing job adverts and candidate pipelines
• Conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interviews
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
• Supporting or managing the full recruitment lifecycle (depending on experience)
• Working closely with the wider team to deliver on client requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or a strong customer-facing background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Interest in building a career within recruitment, ideally within the legal sector

Ideal Profile

• 1+ years’ experience within recruitment or a transferable environment
• Agency experience is beneficial (excluding direct competitors)
• Demonstrates maturity and professionalism in approach
• Motivated, resilient and keen to develop
