Employment Solicitor

AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnering with a global accountancy organisation they are looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join their legal services team.

Main Duties:

• Being point of contact for the team on specific employment law matters
• Identifying business development opportunities and pitching with both new and existing clients
• Pro-actively identifying future changes in employment law and government policy
• Developing the future talent by supervising and assisting junior members of the team with their personal development

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience of developing client relationships and proactively identifying issues and finding solutions
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet client deadlines
• Experience of working in a team environment on projects and transactional matters
