We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CQC Registered Manager to join a leading medical clinic in London.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic leader with a background in management or nursing and essential prior experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
- Act as Safeguarding Lead and oversee clinical governance
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews
- Maintain high standards in patient privacy, dignity, and service quality
- Drive continuous improvement through training and innovation
- Oversee KPI monitoring, budgeting, and regulatory reporting
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in a regulated health or care setting
- Successful track record in CQC inspections
- Strong operational oversight and people management skills
- Experience in service evaluation, coaching, and team development
- Working knowledge of health & social care regulations, GDPR, and safeguarding
