The Role
This is a fast-track, full 360 recruitment role.
You’ll work closely with senior consultants while learning how to:
- Win new business through outbound calls and in person meetings
- Headhunt and engage top Cybersecurity talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (from first call to offer)
- Build your personal brand and network
- Work live roles with global clients (primarily US-based)
You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to major US events (New York, Chicago, Las Vegas & more).
What We’re Looking For
We hire based on attitude, not experience.
- Degree educated
- Background in competitive/team sports (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient, competitive, and driven
- Confident and comfortable in a sales environment
(Previous sales/recruitment experience is a bonus, not essential)

What You’ll Get
- £28,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Working Pattern
- Office-based initially, then hybrid (Mon–Thurs office, Fri WFH)
- US market focus → you will occasionally work US hours (typically 10am–8pm or 11am–9pm) depending on business needs
