Solicitor | Real Estate Litigation | 4 Years PQE+

AJ Chambers are working with a mid market, Legal 500 firm based in the City of London and they have current requirement for a Solicitor to join their real estate litigation team.

This individual must have a minimum of 4 years PQE dealing with a wide range of commercial real estate disputes. The billable hour target is 1250 and hybrid working is available (2 days from home).

Key aspects:

• Landlord and tenant litigation with a focus on advising landlords
• Investment and development disputes
• Service change disputes
• Breaches of contract
• Professional negligence
