Senior Project Manager – Claims System

We are currently partnering with a leading insurance business that is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the organisation and lead the transformation of their shared Claims System.

This will be an initial 12-month contract, offering £900-£1000 p/d (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end programme delivery, including timeline, budget, and governance
• Drive strong stakeholder management across both organisations
• Operate in a hands-on capacity, balancing strategic oversight with execution
• Lead delivery using Agile methodologies
• Support and potentially contribute to target operating model design

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex programmes end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder engagement across multiple business units or organisations
• Demonstrated hands-on delivery approach (not purely strategic)
• Solid experience working in Agile environments
• Experience in insurance or claims is desirable, but not essential
