We’re working with an established studio to find a Studio Manager to lead their artwork team.
The role covers day-to-day management of the studio, including resource planning, briefing, and maintaining quality across all output. You’ll also support the team with QC, while working closely with account management to ensure work is delivered accurately.
There’s an opportunity to improve how the studio operates, including reviewing and updating systems, workflows, and tools to support efficiency and consistency, so a tech-minded approach would be beneficial. Strong people management skills are important, with the ability to guide, support, and develop the team day to day.
A solid background in artwork, repro, and print is important. This could come from a technical agency, repro house, or print environment.
This would suit a Studio or Production Manager looking for a steady role with some scope to refine processes over time. Packaging experience would be an advantage.
