Core Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Own the daily delivery of onsite services, ensuring all work is completed within budget and according to the agreed scope.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main onsite contact, leading monthly performance reviews and managing all site reporting.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, engage, and develop a high-performing team of Site Supervisors and Operatives, fostering a culture of teamwork and safety.

  • Resource Management: Schedule labour and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all sites are equipped with the necessary staff, PPE, and equipment.

  • Performance & HR: Work closely with HR to manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes.

  • Growth: Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide innovative solutions to their clients.

  • Expertise: Comfortable in the corporate workplace setting and delivering a first class operation in this sector. Deep understanding of BICSc & COSHH requirements.

  • Leadership Style: A “hands-on” approach with the ability to remain positive and professional in challenging situations. creating a source of engagement and motivation for their teams.

  • Skills: Excellent multi-tasking, prioritisation, and listening skills, with a methodical and solution-driven mindset.
