Knowledge Management and Data Specialist – Perm – £65k – London / Hybrid
We are currently partnered with a leading law firm to recruit for a Knowledge Management and Data Specialist on a permanent basis.
The Knowledge Management and Data Specialist will be the go-to person for queries on the knowledge management tools including LexisNexis, Practical Law, Westlaw and FromCounsel, supporting users in its usage, providing training and guidance as required and monitoring usage and adoption across the firm.
The role is also responsible for developing and maintaining the firmwide data and knowledge inventory to document what data and knowledge the firm holds, ensure data quality and governance and ensure data held in the knowledge tools is up to date, relevant and searchable.
Previous law firm experience is essential with strong exposure to LegalTech tools a pre-requisite.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in office (typically Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are team days however flexibility is required depending on business needs).
