Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: South London & Surrey

Salary: £90,000 – £110,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee 3–4 live projects across South London and Surrey, including Commercial, Care Homes, Residential and Industrial projects.

This is a senior delivery role requiring strong programme control and solid contractual knowledge to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and profitably.

The Role

• Oversee and manage 3–4 projects simultaneously
• Take responsibility for programme management and progress reporting
• Ensure contractual compliance and manage commercial risks
• Work closely with site teams, clients, and consultants
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Support project teams with technical and contractual guidance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction
• Strong ability to manage programmes and project delivery
• Solid contractual and commercial understanding
• Experience delivering commercial or healthcare projects preferred
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
