The role:
- Lead a high-volume site, setting the tone on the floor and driving a strong service culture
- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times
- Manage and develop a large team, building energy, accountability, and consistency
- Deliver against budgets, P&L, and KPIs with a clear focus on profitability
- Maintain high standards across food, drink, and guest experience in a commercially tight environment
- Oversee late-night trade, ensuring standards remain high from open to close
The person:
- Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-volume, quality-led restaurant
- Strong commercial awareness – confident managing budgets, P&L, and performance metrics
- A hands-on leader who leads from the front and builds high-performing teams
- Passionate about food, drink, and delivering a strong guest experience
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to manage a busy and demanding service
- Comfortable running neighbourhood operations and the community that comes along with this
- WSET Level 2 or strong drinks knowledge is an advantage
