The Role
This is a newly created Digital Director position, sitting at the heart of the brand’s digital and customer strategy.
Reporting directly into the CEO, you will own and lead a multi-million-pound digital P&L, shaping the way the brand connects with its customers across every digital touchpoint.
This is a role for someone who understands that modern retail success sits at the intersection of data, brand, performance marketing and customer experience.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end customer strategy across digital channels
- Own and drive performance of a significant digital P&L
- Build and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team
- Work closely with marketing, brand, trading and technology to drive customer growth
- Use data and insight to optimise acquisition, retention and lifetime value
- Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the brand’s digital ecosystem

The Person
We’re looking for a commercially sharp, customer-obsessed leader who thrives in ambitious, fast-moving environments.
Someone who understands the nuance of scaling digital performance while protecting and enhancing brand equity.
You will likely bring:
- Significant experience leading customer or digital growth functions within retail or fashion
- Ownership of a meaningful digital P&L
- A track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of customer acquisition, CRM, retention and digital performance channels
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into decisive action
- The confidence and presence to operate as a senior voice around the leadership table
