Loan Agency Operations Officer

Join a global corporate banking platform that sits at the centre of large, multi-lender financing deals. This team acts as the trusted “agent” on complex syndicated loan facilities—where accuracy, judgement, and calm stakeholder management matter as much as flawless processing.

As a Syndicated Loan Agency / Loan Administration SME, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle for a portfolio of complex facilities—working with a high degree of independence and acting as a key escalation point for lenders, borrowers, arrangers, and internal partners. You’ll drive outcomes like:

• Delivering precise drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, rate/interest selections, fees and cashflows—on time, every time
• Interpreting facility documentation (credit agreements, amendments, waivers, transfers, consents) and applying it confidently to real-life events
• Validating notices, funding memos and lender instructions before release
• Managing sensitive queries or disputes with sound judgement and a strong grasp of agency obligations
• Strengthening risk and control: spotting documentation/operational risks, supporting audit/testing, and improving processes

Must-have experience

• Hands-on syndicated loan administration experience (essential)
• LoanIQ proficiency + strong Excel/Outlook skills
• Familiarity with LMA/LSTA standards; exposure to secondary trading support is a plus
