Reporting to the Equity Partnership, you will have full executive authority over the firm’s strategy, operations, and growth across multiple regions. You will work closely with senior partners, guiding the firm’s vision, strengthening international offices, and positioning the organisation for cross-border success.
The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will drive financial performance, scale operations, build a high-performing leadership team, and lead growth initiatives across the UK, UAE, and the wider African continent. You will also shape culture, integrate multi-office operations, and capitalize on global opportunities.
Ideally you will have worked at this level before, but what matters most is strong strategic judgement, commercial acumen, credibility with senior professionals, and the confidence to lead complex international growth projects in a fast-paced professional services environment.
