The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Quantitative team. You will play a key role in investment analysis, portfolio performance, and development strategy, supporting decision-making across a diverse real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, developments, and capital structuring
  • Conduct investment analysis (IRR, NPV, sensitivity, risk modelling)
  • Analyse portfolio performance (NOI, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, etc.)
  • Support debt, treasury, and hedging strategies
  • Prepare investment memos, reports, and stakeholder presentations
  • Perform market research, valuations, and feasibility studies
  • Identify underperforming assets and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development and investment teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Background in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or similar
  • Experience with financial modelling and data analysis
