Principal Product Manager

Principal Product Manager | 18-Month FTC | £100k-£120k D.O.E | London

Principal Product Manager to act as a strategic advisor for high-profile clients (including global leaders in tech and media). You will bridge the gap between visionary AI strategy and hands-on delivery, helping organizations adopt agentic workflows and AI-enabled operating models.

You will balance client/business development (80%) with team leadership (20%), bridging the gap between C-suite strategy and hands-on technical delivery.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, including 4+ years in a consultancy/agency setting.
• AI Expertise: Proficient in GenAI tools for PoC development and “vibe-coding” product concepts.
• Client Savvy: Experienced in pre-sales, pitching, and managing C-suite relationships.
• Sector Depth: Experience in UK Public Sector or Financial Services is a major plus.

This will be an 18 Month FTC however there is a strong possibility for this to transition into a permanent role.
