Property Manager Private Property Portfolio | North London

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a high quality private property portfolio based primarily in London, with an additional country property. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and presentation of several properties to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with the wider team, the Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, contractors, and refurbishment projects while ensuring the properties remain well maintained and fully operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of multiple properties.

• Manage utilities, service contracts, budgets, and property-related expenses.

• Coordinate routine maintenance, reactive repairs, and emergency responses.

• Oversee furniture, fixtures, equipment, and smart home systems across the portfolio.

• Manage gardens, landscaping, and exterior property maintenance.

• Coordinate with household and guest teams to ensure properties are fully prepared for arrivals and use.

• Support and oversee renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects.

• Manage relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and specialist suppliers.

• Maintain accurate records including budgets, maintenance schedules, inventories, and service contracts.

Candidate Profile

• Significant experience in property or estate management, within private homes, estates, or UHNW environments.

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and refurbishment projects.

• Highly organised with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing multiple properties and projects simultaneously.

• Professional, discreet, and able to operate within a private household environment. Additional Information

• Based primarily in North London, with occasional travel.

• Full driving licence required.

• Role requires on-site presence and flexibility when required.
