Customer Service Advisor – Solihull (Site-Based)
Permanent: Full Time Salary: 25,992 – 28,624
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced contact centre based in Solihull.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys speaking to people and delivering a high quality service. You’ll be handling a mix of inbound and outbound enquiries, supporting customers across a range of housing related queries, and aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact.
The role:
Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Making outbound calls to gather and update customer information
Supporting customers with sensitive situations, including vulnerabilities
Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
Delivering excellent service while working to targets
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
A calm, empathetic, and professional approach
