Customer Service Advisor – Solihull (Site-Based)

Permanent: Full Time Salary: 25,992 – 28,624

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced contact centre based in Solihull.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys speaking to people and delivering a high quality service. You’ll be handling a mix of inbound and outbound enquiries, supporting customers across a range of housing related queries, and aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact.

The role:

  • Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and customer enquiries

  • Making outbound calls to gather and update customer information

  • Supporting customers with sensitive situations, including vulnerabilities

  • Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently

  • Delivering excellent service while working to targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload

  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail

  • A calm, empathetic, and professional approach
