Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding administrative support for daily and long-term tasksAct as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring timely and efficient responsesManage meeting arrangements, including scheduling and preparation of materialsUndertake financial transactions and maintain accurate recordsAssist with the preparation of documentation for project activitiesSupport the team in managing Freedom of Information requestsMaintain effective stock management and resource allocation

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Educated to NVQ Level 2, GCSE level, or equivalentExperience in administrative support and using relevant databases/ICT systemsStrong customer service focus with proven interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and high standards of oral and written communication

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Experience within a Local Authority environmentFamiliarity with working alongside external partnersContinuous professional development evidence

Technologies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with financial management systems
