About the Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive On-Site Staff Co-ordinator to manage and support temporary staff at one of our key client locations. This is a hands-on role where you will be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of attendance, performance, and compliance. This position is well-suited to someone who is confident working independently, highly organised, and able to respond quickly to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of temporary staff on-site
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance
- Address and resolve issues such as staff absence, lateness, and conduct concerns
- Ensure all staff are equipped with the correct PPE and equipment
- Liaise with the client and internal teams to maintain service levels
- Coordinate shift coverage and arrange replacements when required
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Promote a positive, professional, and safe working environment
