ETRM / Endur Business Analyst / Consultant – Join a New Power Team

A global leader in the energy sector is seeking an experienced Endur Business Analyst with a strong focus on back office operations to join their growing Power team on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders across operations, settlements, finance, and risk to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications within the OpenLink Endur (ETRM) platform
• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Endur solutions
• Perform hands‑on Endur configuration where required (e.g. reference data, workflows, settlement/invoicing setups) to support business requirements
• Act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered effectively
• Analyse and improve existing workflows, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation within Endur

Experience

• Proven experience as an Endur Business Analyst within ETRM environments
• Hands‑on or exposure to Endur configuration, including working with core setup and workflow customisation
• Strong functional knowledge of Endur back office modules
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, including BRDs / FSDs
• Good understanding of the energy trading lifecycle, particularly post‑trade processes
• Ability to liaise effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
