We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to join the Group Compliance and Ethics Team, based in Osterley, supporting the Sky Protect insurance business. This is a hands‑on assurance role where you will help provide confidence to Senior Management and the Board that the business is operating compliantly and delivering good customer outcomes. You will work closely with the Sky Protect business and with first line and outsourced teams, while being part of a wider Group Compliance community.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver risk‑based compliance assurance reviews and control testing across the Sky Protect business.
- Provide independent assurance and clear reporting to Senior Management and the Board.
- Oversee and challenge first line and outsourced assurance activity.
- Support the business to understand regulatory expectations and get things right first time.
- Identify, escalade and track remediation of regulatory and conduct risks.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of FCA rulebooks and regulations, ideally within general insurance.
- Experience in a compliance, monitoring or assurance role within financial services.
- Ability to make sound, proportionate risk decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident working independently and with senior stakeholders.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10‑minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
