SaaS Systems Manager

Overview

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced SaaS Systems Manager to oversee and optimise their cloud‑based finance and business systems. Reporting to both the IT Director and Group Finance & Strategy Director, you will manage core SaaS platforms, drive process improvements, and partner closely with global teams to ensure technology supports the organisation’s strategic goals.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own and manage OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics D365, and other SaaS platforms in line with Finance and IT standards.
• Maintain system configurations, access controls, legal entity hierarchies, and user permissions.
• Partner with finance and operational teams to resolve system issues and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Extract, transform, and load data; manage integrations and workflows between cloud systems.
• Gather and document business requirements for new functionality, modules, and localisation.
• Lead system testing, validation, updates, and workshops with cross‑functional teams.
• Support onboarding and integration of new business units into the SaaS ecosystem.
• Build dashboards, reports, and workflows to enhance finance and operational processes.
• Ensure SaaS platforms comply with reporting standards, audit requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing SaaS/finance platforms such as OneStream, Dynamics 365, Hyperion, or similar.
• Must have experience with D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of consolidation, accounting processes, and global business structures.
• Experience with PowerBI, Python, and Excel, with strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems.
• Experience in multinational organisations and IFRS/GAAP frameworks.
• SaaS platform certifications (e.g., OneStream, CPM, Dynamics 365).
• Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Reval TMS).
