ERP Systems Analyst

To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Finance Systems Support & Business Analysis to join our team. This role is responsible for the support, governance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Rightmove’s ERP platform and related integrated business systems. The role ensures system stability, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of finance processes, supporting both Business‑as‑Usual operations and change delivery as the organisation scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide functional support for the ERP Platform integrated business systems, acting as a key contact for Finance and other operational teams.
  • Triage and resolve system issues and Service Desk requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage user access, role changes, and periodic access reviews in line with internal controls and governance standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by maintaining system documentation, configuration records, and change logs.
  • Configure and maintain system features such as workflows, approvals, roles, dashboards, and saved searches.
  • Support reporting, reconciliations, data validation, and system integrations across the ERP landscape.
  • Assist with testing activities including release previews, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve system efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and third‑party vendors to support system stability, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You have hands‑on experience supporting ERP (NetSuite preferred) or enterprise business systems, ideally within a finance‑led or transactional environment.
  • You understand core ERP concepts and processes such as record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, and master data management.
  • You’re comfortable with system configuration, reporting, dashboards, and workflows.
  • You have a good understanding of access controls, audit requirements, and system governance.
  • You’ve supported integrations between ERP systems and third‑party platforms.
  • You’re analytical, structured, and solutions‑focused, with the ability to translate business requirements into system‑led outcomes.
  • You communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
