Our client is an international professional services network with a truly global reach. They are hiring an experienced Senior Manager to lead initiatives within their Technology Risk Consulting practice in London, on a hybrid arrangement with a salary up to c£85,000 excluding bonuses and benefits.

The role:

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Consulting Manager to lead a Technology Risk practice. Backing and support will be available to grow this in terms of headcount and capability.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned technology risk professional with experience in either consulting or in-house roles supporting IT functions through large‑scale technology transformations such as cloud migration and application architecture modernisation, and a strong reputation in IT Risk, Assurance and/or Advisory roles.

Key experience needed

  • Proven experience in either consulting or industry within a technology risk environment
  • Led IT Architecture using the TOGAF framework
  • Led & executed independent IT attestation services (e.g. ISAE3402, SOC2, SWIFT CSP audits, PCI DSS audits)
  • Experience reviewing Cloud Platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP; familiar with Cloud Architecture, Management Groups, Privileged Access, FinOps and Cloud resilience
  • Familiarity with IT frameworks – COBIT, NIST, Cloud Security Alliance, ITIL, etc.

Market‑facing focus

  • Proposition development: contribute to the development and evolution of technology trends and own relevant propositions.
  • Business development and marketing: network, engage and manage relationships with client management to generate leads; own, manage and deliver client proposals and marketing initiatives, including thought leadership.
  • Soft skills: excellent leadership and experience in building and scaling teams.
