We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Private Staff and Family Office division.
This role is ideal for a high-performing recruiter who is confident building strong client relationships, providing exceptional client support, and delivering a consultative, high-service recruitment experience. You will work with HNW and UHNW clients, managing a warm desk and placing high-calibre professionals into private staff, household, and family office roles.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for private staff, household, and family office roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNW and UHNW clients
- Provide exceptional client and candidate support throughout the recruitment process
- Take detailed briefs, manage expectations, and deliver a consultative service
- Convert opportunities into successful placements, with a target of 1–2 placements per month
- Deliver strong aftercare and account management to support long-term relationships
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through
- Self-motivated, commercial, and service-driven
