Senior Graphic Designer

Senior Graphic Designer at Foster + Partners, you will lead the creation of high-quality graphic design solutions across print, digital and experiential formats. You’ll support design teams and project leaders with compelling visual communication, develop bespoke branding and presentation materials, and ensure the consistent implementation of the Foster + Partners visual identity across a wide range of internal and external deliverables.

• Lead concept design and manage graphic projects from brief to final delivery.
• Create presentations, diagrams, branding and digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Design for both print and on‑screen applications to support competitions, bids and projects.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best practice across the graphics team.
• Interpret architectural ideas into clear, elegant visual diagrams and communication materials.

Qualifications and skills

• Degree or Master’s in Graphic Design or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and experience with animations (advantageous).
• Ability to work within established design systems, structures and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling sensitive information.
• A passion for design and architecture with a commitment to high‑quality visual output.
