About The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mobile Electrician to join our property maintenance team, delivering high‑quality reactive maintenance, small works, and statutory testing across residential properties, retail, and hospitality environments. This role is varied and will suit someone confident in both fault‑finding and carrying out testing to the highest standards. You will also be expected to participate in the on‑call rota (1 week in 3) for out‑of‑hours electrical emergencies.
Typical Duties
- Electrical fault‑finding and reactive maintenance
- Electrical installations, repairs, and replacements
- Inspection & Testing (EICR, remedials, certification)
- Emergency lighting and fault diagnosis
- Participation in the on‑call rota (1 week in 3)
What We’re Looking For
- Must hold City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (no other equivalent will be considered)
- 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience in residential, retail, or hospitality properties
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Clean, full UK driving licence
- Experience working and driving in Central London
- Professional, customer‑focused, and reliable

Schedule
