EMPLOYMENT PARTNER
As the appointed Partner you will advise on all aspects of employment law, including strategic employment law, major HR projects such as outsourcing and restructuring, employment law compliance, executive severance, trade union and collective issues, employment contracts and policies. You will also support the full range of employment tribunal and High Court litigation, including team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Your role requires strong academics, a grounding in both contentious and non‑contentious employment law, a business‑commercial mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be expected to engage with clients, solve their business issues, grow a loyal portfolio of clients, and provide practical, sound legal advice.
