Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Field Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory across a well-established salon network.

This is a relationship-led, on-the-road role focused on developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving brand growth through a mix of sales, education, and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of salon accounts within your territory
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through product expansion and upselling
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Use a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored solutions to clients
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with salon owners and stylists
  • Act as a trusted partner, understanding client needs and supporting business growth
  • Maintain regular face-to-face contact through a structured call cycle
  • Brand & Product Development
  • Introduce new products, innovations, and promotions to your client base
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and support in-salon education
  • Drive brand loyalty and visibility within your territory
  • Territory & Performance Management
  • Effectively manage your time, travel, and territory planning to maximise productivity
  • Track and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for growth
  • Utilise social media and digital tools to support commercial success
  • Work closely with internal teams to support wider business objectives
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and commercial skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in a field-based or external sales role (B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Commercially driven with a proactive, results-focused mindset
  • Interest or experience within beauty, haircare, or personal care is advantageous

Physical & Other Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your territory
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
