Overview
Kura is delighted to be hiring a Product Support Specialist to join a fast-growing SaaS company delivering critical technology to public sector organisations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with customers, and building real expertise in modern SaaS environments.
Job: Product Support Specialist
You’ll sit at the heart of the product, helping customers stay up and running:
- Troubleshoot software, system, and integration issues
- Support users via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Investigate data and connectivity problems (including ETL)
- Work across multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with engineering and internal teams on complex issues
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
What We’re Looking For
Working in a great team we’re seeking someone who enjoys figuring things out and helping others; you must have:
- A recent graduate in an IT related degree
- 1-2 years relevant experience (can be a placement)
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a technical edge
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Clear communicator with a customer-first approach
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- SQL (queries, views, indexing)
- You can understand basic scripting
